1.  How do I register to use the store?

    You can register by clicking here and filling in the form ensuring you enter details in the compulsory fields. Registering gives you full access to our product catalogue and saves you time when purchasing. All registrants are offered a free magazine sample worth up to £45 or $75.

2.  What if I have forgotten my password?

    You can ask for a reminder to be sent to your email address by  clicking here .

3.  How do I change my details?

    Once you have registered, you are able to change account information and areas of interest.

    If you wish to amend your account information,  click here .  You will be required to login. This page will allow you to amend your contact details and also your data protection preferences.

    If wish to amend your areas of interest, click here . It is important we know what your main focus is to ensure we only contact you concerning relevant products.

4.  How quickly will I receive my password to use the site?

    Once registered, you should receive your password within minutes. An email will be sent to your email account quoted when you registered. This email account will also be your user name. The email you receive will contain a quick link enabling you to logon automatically and start using the site immediately. You will also see a quick link to change your password.

5.  How do I search for products?

    You can search for products using the search box. You can enter either the product name or area of finance and this will return a list of relevant products. You can also use the drop down menus beside the search box. These allow you to brows by product type or area of finance. 6.  How do I request a free sample or trial to a subscription title?

    You can request a free sample or trial to any of our subscription titles by either calling our advisors on +44 (0)20 7779 8886 or send them an email .

7.  What if I have a query concerning one of your products?

    You can either call our advisors on +44 (0)20 7779 8886 or send them an email . They will be happy to provide you with a list of relevant products.

8.  What if I have a query concerning a charge on my credit card?

    Call our customer services team on +44 (0)20 7779 8610 with details of the transaction and they will be able to help you determine the charge on your credit card.

    Ordering

9.  How do I order on the site?

    You can order on the site by using the shopping basket function. This is only available to registered users so please ensure you are registered before purchasing. Once you have found your desired item, click on ÒAdd to cartÓ. You can add as many products to your shopping basket as you want. Once you are ready to purchase, you can click on Òpurchase items in my cartÓ and proceed to the checkout. Once you have entered your credit card details and your card is charged, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. If you have not received an email with confirmation of your order, you should contact our advisors on +44 (0)20 7779 8610 or send them an email .

10.  How much will postage and packaging cost on books?

    Per order: £14 $45 €27but credit card orders are dispatched free of charge

11.  How long will it take to receive my books?

    Assuming the book has been published and is in stock, the average delivery time for the UK is 5-7 working days

    The average delivery time in Europe is 7-10 working days and up to 21 days for the Rest of the World

    The average delivery time to the rest of the world can vary. Also, some packages may be subject to customs delays. As a general rule, delivery times to the rest of world should take 21 days.

12.  How do I request back issues?

    Back issues to our publications are handles by our UK Hotline. You can reach them by calling +44 (0)20 7779 8610 between the ours of 9.00 and 18.00 GMT.

     

13.  How do I renew my subscription?

    You can renew your subscription by email your request to renewals@euromoneyplc.com . Please ensure you quote your subscription number, full name, company name address and title you subscribe to.

14.  How do I cancel an order?

    You can cancel your order by calling our advisors on +44 (0)20 7779 8610 or send them an email . Please quote your subscription number and i t would really help us to improve the quality of the magazine if you could tell us why you are cancelling. Any remaining monies on the subscription will be refunded back to the payee.

15.  Will my credit card information be stored by you?

    We do not store your full credit card information, the last 4 digits are retained temporarily as a reference only 

16.  Is your online payment facility secure?

    Our credit card payments are handled by CyberSource, who use state-of-the-art security tools and techniques to ensure that your online payment is completely secure.
