Global Transfer Pricing Forum 2010

Figures suggest that between 60% and 70% of global trade takes place between related parties. This makes the implementation of a company's transfer pricing policy a key task for any international corporate tax department.

Companies are under more pressure than ever to ensure their related-party transactions comply with the arm's-length standard. Tax authorities are looking at dwindling receipts during the global economic downturn and have targeted transfer pricing as a likely source of more revenue.

Tax executives, officials and advisers will gather in Amsterdam on September 15th and 16th for International Tax Review's 10th annual Global Transfer Pricing Forum. The event will be an opportunity for taxpayers to learn about how they can manage their company's transfer pricing effectively and to discover how governments and international organisations plan to approach difficult issues in this area in the future.
