This position involves all aspects of audience development for our conference events on behalf of the money management industry. The role of the production editor will be to manage the production workflow, and head a team of freelancers and part-time staff. This position involves editorial layout, setting up templates, advert and promotional design, some light sub-editing, as well as offering help to the online production editor with the uploading of the monthlies on the internet and sending out html emails. We are looking for a hardworking individual with a hands-on approach and excellent communication skills. You need to be fully trained in InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, and, if possible, familiar with Flash. You are highly literate with good proofing skills. Experience in magazine production is required.

Division Manager – Legal/Audit Training Asia Pacific (Hong Kong)

Euromoney Training is seeking a Division Manager to join its business in Hong Kong. Responsibilities include the day to day running of the training profit centre for the legal and audit communities with P&L responsibility, increasing the overall in-house sales, new course/event production and speaker sourcing. Running the profit centre involves scheduling and planning of courses, approval of promotional materials, and ensuring smooth administration of the courses. This will involve coordination work with instructors as well as marketing, sales, and administration colleagues. You should have an entrepreneurial mentality, to identify the correct target for product and business development as well as profit maximisation. You will be expected to review and improve our existing product, and identify areas of growth through your own research, and discussions with our existing faculty and our key clients to assess their current and future training needs. You will develop programmes in local markets as well as source local Asia Pacific faculty. The role requirements include being service driven, self-motivated with a strong sales ability, excellent presentation skills, and good interpersonal skills. The successful candidate must have near perfect written and spoken English. Educated to a degree level, they must be well-organised and detail minded. Good time management skills are essential and knowledge of the capital markets will be an asset.
